What the Rose of Jericho (resurrection plant) taught me about setting intentions and new beginnings. The first video is here: https://youtu.be/L6cEG75rTks
Thanks to Jim Hesterman Photography for his help with the video. I thought it would be fun and healing to make a video of me working with a Rose of Jericho (a resurrection plant) today. Individually and collectively it's a good time to be grateful for what we have, release what we no longer need and plant seeds of intentions for our futures. I will do a follow-up video on my Birthday which is Easter Sunday, April 12th to see the progress of the resurrection of this special plant!
Please note: I misspoke in the video but I wanted to do it in one take. I was not clear about Jesus' death. He celebrated the Passover with his disciples on Nisan 14 and was betrayed that night. I realize he didn't die that same night. His commandment was on the Passover when he said to 'keep doing this in remembrance of me'. - Luke 22:19 - That is why I grew up celebrating the Passover as a Christian. In this video I offer a tool to help use energy from anxiety and/or stress to help you discover your own power. Learn how to feel the potency in your own energy and how to use it to help you get to know your self and your body in a new way. This also helps with body meditation when the mind feels "too busy" to meditate. Notice improvements in sleep right away and with practice, you will have new skills to manage moments of heightened stress and anxiety anytime, anywhere.
Special thanks to Jim Hesterman for his help with this video! https://www.jimhesterman.com/ I am building my Patreon page and I would love to hear from you!
I will be posting content that helps those needing support, tips and tools for deeper self-discovery as well as healing their relationship with the self after trauma or abuse. This will also help foster healthier relationships with others. What interests you most? What Would Help You More Poll. |
